ARTISAN ELECTRICIAN (Single and 3-phase)

An established Site Services and Maintenance firm in Cape Town is looking for the services of appropriately qualified, registered and skilled Electrician with a sound track record and minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric/N3.
• Trade Tested (Red Seal) electrician.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Residential and commercial electrical experience.
• Single and 3-phase electrical experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience after trade test.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Attend to Electrical break down calls (residential and commercial).
• Attend to electrical break down calls on hot water systems, stoves, lights, DB’s, outlets, gate motors, etc.
• Troubleshooting of breakdowns.
• Assessments and repair of breakdowns.
• Complete job cards for every job/call-out in accordance with company standards.
• Carry out root cause analysis and document remedial actions.
• Comply with all safety regulations as stipulated in the occupational health and safety act.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Time Management.
• Willing to work flexible hours and perform standby duties.
