We are looking for a young dynamic individual with a knack for sales to join our sales department & located in Benin, Edo State and covering Edo and Delta State Nigeria .

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Works closely with Regional Sales Manager in executing an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI business in the assigned district to ensure achievement of district sales targets an objectives
  • Plans and schedules daily visits with existing and potential trade customers to persuade, convince wholesalers, retailers, and hospital Pharmacists to stock, re-stock and maintain our product portfolio in preference to competition 
  • Records and tracks product sales and customers in his/her region 
  • Provides monthly forecasting sheet based on actual Sales 
  • Obtains and records feedback from existing trade customers on competitors’ product performance and monitors their activity
  • Coordinates with agents in building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with different customers in his/her region including pharmacists, purchasers/Procurement dept within hospitals/institutions, etc. 

Requirements

  • Sales Intern shall possess minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any Biologic sciences while a pharmacy degree shall be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably in the assigned territory in a pharmaceutical company or in similar role would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Results orientation and Working under pressure 
  • Creativity and critical thinking
