MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science or any other Agric related discipline like Crop Science etc
- Minimum of 10-15 years rich and relevant post-graduation experience in farm management
- Post graduate qualifications like Master’s in Business Administration would be an added advantage.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide management to staff and leadership to the department that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
- Formulate strategic vision for the farming department relating to area expansion, yield improvements, crop rotation etc
- Prepare the long term and annual farming budgets and forecasts, and all capital expenditure proposals in compliance with company policy guidelines
- Plan, coordinate and oversee daily operational execution, direct and indirect, across the department.
