Inherent Job Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident.
- A UFS graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology or an Honours degree in Zoology or Entomology, who are unemployed and currently not registered for further studies,
OR
- A registered research master’s or doctoral student in Zoology who are unemployed (to still maintain her/his studies and complete the qualification within the allocated time period).
The following criteria apply to the selection of candidates:
- Have not participated in any learnership / internship programme.
- Willing to sign a learnership / internship agreement with the UFS.
- Candidate must be available for a period of five (5) months.

- A copy of your driver’s license (if applicable)
- Two (2) testimonials.

Salary:
A stipend of R7 500.00 will be paid per month.
