| The appointee should: |
- Be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent N2 Fitting.
- Have a relevant Trade Test certificate
- Have a minimum of 3 years working experience as an Underground Fitter
- Have knowledge of the following machinery: Multi stage pumps Sulzer / MSJ / MSG ; C5; ME20; ME10; Warman; Vertical spindle pumps; Hydraulics & Pneumatics; Single & double drum winders.
- Knowledge of S & P Settlers, mechanical working and water treatment, as well as mud press.
- Be a self-starter, motivated and be results orientated.
- Be willing to do standby’s and work adhoc hours
- Exhibit good oral and writing skills
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
