Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Skills and experience required
Grade 12 or N3
Qualified Millwright
Flameproof and Gas Testing certificates
Driver’s license and own reliable transport
Must be computer literate
Experience with JOY Products in an underground environment
Knowledge and experience of Fletcher roof bolter equipment.
Minimum of 5-years’ experience on JOY underground equipment (CM’s etc.)
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with maintenance and troubleshooting working on machinery is required

Good report writing skills
Positive attitude towards improving safety, productivity and cost
Must be willing to travel extensively, and work outside the borders of South Africa (Botswana and Zimbabwe)
