Job Objectives
We are looking for a Trainee Technical Manager who would like to take up this challenging experience in the Property Team. This role will include exposure and hands on training from a Senior Technical Manager who will support the growth of this individual as a key part of our succession planning. This role is based in the Northern Property Portfolio – and supports the technical Property Maintenance of 63 shopping centres and an office park.
Qualifications
Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering Degree or National Diploma.
Experience
2 – 3 years experience in general technical maintenance on buildings.
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to travel at short notice as per operational requirements.
General understanding of general property maintenance – electrical, air-conditioning systems, lift maintenance, plumbing, building, etc.
In posession of a Code B License.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate).
