- Implementation and maintenance of equipment management processes and associated risk for Barloworld Equipment and our customers.
- Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability includes management of Human Resource Value chain.
- Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risks.
- Managing of all the planning departments’ outputs.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Matric and a Trade Certificate (Diesel, Earthmoving Mechanic or Millwright).
- Electrical hydraulic mining shovels experience advantageous.
- Engineering and project management Diploma advantageous.
- Knowledge of Safety and MHSA requirements, A legal appointment 2.6.1 or 2.9.2
- Sound knowledge of relevant BWE Policies and Procedure.
- Exposure to business planning/ budgeting processes. Sound PC knowledge, (Microsoft Office).
