Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12
- Qualified Mechanic/Millwright (Must be trade tested)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Minimum of 5 years Mechanical experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience on MAN, Volvo and Iveco trucks
- Must have experience working on Hydraulics
- Must have experience working with hand tools such as jigsaws, drilling machines, bench grinders and machinery
- Must have experience working on pneumatics
- Hands-on technical, experience is essential
- A good understanding and knowledge of safety standards, quality management and production processes.
- Must be able to work without supervision at all times
- Must be willing to be cross-trained on electrical and instrumentation skills.
