• Have a Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint (computer literate)
• Have working experience of Occupational Hygiene measuring and report writing skills in terms of routine Environmental Engineering audits
• Have good administrative, communication and people skills
• Be proficient in English
• Have a minimum of two years’ experience within the Environmental Engineering department
• Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.

• Implement and maintain Occupational Hygiene, measures, samples, records, reports and systems
• Adhere to all Mine’s Safety standards, Codes of Practice and all relevant legislation
• Responsible to measure, sample, record, and report on the environmental conditions underground
• Compile all relevant statutory reports
• Explore and test new (better) Occupational Hygiene measures, techniques and or instrumentation that can be implemented
