Job Description
Responsible for performing electronic repairs within set targets and quality standards. To gain broader product knowledge and to be cross trained across products families, to ensure turn-around targets are met. Ensure total customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service and maintaining a high quality standard.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing a variety of tasks to test, diagnose and repair LMR ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Depot level service for Subscriber radio communications equipment.
- Participating in meetings and interactions with stakeholders and customers if required.
Basic Requirements
- Diploma of Engineering / Electronics or equivalent experience
- High level of knowledge of electronic repair, maintenance and alignment techniques and procedures.
- Possess a well-founded understanding of quality assurance processes.
- High level of communication skills and customer focused.
- High level of computer skills (Microsoft Office suite), including asset management systems and specialized Radio Programming software.
