Vacancy: Electrical/Mechanical Artisan X2 (Permanent)
Purpose of the Job
Carries out production tasks as per work instructions in the process and complying with Gibela industrial, safety and quality process. To carry process/production related activities and other kinds of works outside manufacturing facility allocated by line manager
Requirements:
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science or Technical Maths & Science
Minimum Red Seal Artisan Electrical/Mechanical Fitter or Millwright
+ N5 in the relevant trade.
In addition, at least 2 years Product knowledge experience.
Technical Competencies
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, and be able to follow instructions
Must be able to relate well with people (both subordinate and more senior)
Must be able to manage time well, by prioritising and sequencing tasks
Must be willing to be trained in more than one discipline of the rolling stock process.
Must display high levels of customer centricity
Diagnostic / analyze and interpret
Be in possession of a code EB drivers license and be competent and prepared to drive such a vehicle.
Be in position with a valid category A brown High Voltage certificate
