Maintenance Planner
Unilever Lords View Factory
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Collaborate with the operations department, assistant engineer, foreman, and artisans to ensure an effective maintenance operation.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- National Diploma in Engineering or an N4 (or equivalent) AND a valid Trade Test in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Engineering
- Working knowledge and experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- 3-5 years working knowledge and experience in managing maintenance schedules, maintenance budgets, improvements of maintenance plans and must have route cause analysis technical know how
- Solid management, leadership, decision making and influential skills and experience is critical
- In-depth working knowledge and experience in maintenance optimization and cost saving
