Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible to performs diagnostics, service repairs, maintenance work on customer, dealer-owned boiler equipment and to perform in field service as required.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches in all East and Southern African countries
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports

Qualifications
- Matric
- Electro Mechanical or equivalent
- More than 5 years experience in burner and boiler maintenance
- Knowledge of Saacke burners and weishaupt burners
- Commissioning of new burners with Etamatic , Seavis and wmf100/200
- Knowledge in chemical dosing systems for boiler water treatment
