Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible to performs diagnostics, service repairs, maintenance work on customer, dealer-owned boiler equipment and to perform in field service as required.

Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches in all East and Southern African countries
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports

Qualifications 

  • Matric
  • Electro Mechanical or equivalent
  • More than 5 years experience in burner and boiler maintenance
  • Knowledge of Saacke burners and weishaupt burners
  • Commissioning of new burners with Etamatic , Seavis and wmf100/200
  • Knowledge in chemical dosing systems for boiler water treatment
