Job Specification:
Key Performance Areas:
- Perform machine adjustments to optimise machine performance in accordance with Work Instructions
- Conduct routine inspections for fault finding and implement corrective actions to minimize machine downtimes.
- Ensure waste is accurately identified per cause and implement corrective actions to reduce waste
- Do basic troubleshooting to improve process and machine performance
- Maintaining housekeeping
- Safety
- Adherence to Food safety
- Other operational requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years
- Experienced working in an FMCG environment would be ideal
Qualifications:
- Matric
- N4 in Boiler Making or Welding
