Profile:
- Education • Trade Tested N4 Electrical
- Electrical Artisan – Trade Tested Training
- Minimum 2-3 months on the job training
- Ideally 3-6 months on the job training
- Manufacturing Basic Maintenance Training Experience
- Should have good verbal, sight and hearing abilities in order to be able to do the job as prescribed
Experience:
- 1-2 years as an Electrical Artisan in similar industry
- Must have worked on medium voltage (1000v-33 000v) Must have experience in switching and understand risk & mitigation.
- Knowledge or experience of working in a production environment particularly in FMCG.
- Must have good project management skills good understanding of AWS, ATO, 5s and Maintenance pillar
- Ability to use Microsoft, SAP, Flow would be advantageous Management or leadership skills required.
- Develop shutdown plans related to equipment and present to Planner, Controller and Eng.
- Knowledge or experience of working in the Substation would be of advantage.
- Work closely with suppliers by ensuring the components are durable and last the specified time.
