Overview
The Automation Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains the computer-controlled systems and robotic devices used within the automated assembly and manufacturing facilities of BME. The role is based in Fochville at the Losberg site, it is recommended that the employee stays closer to work.
Qualifications
- Qualified Electrician, Millwright or Degree/Diploma in mechatronics
Programmes and Knowledge:
- Allen Bradley Logix 5000 PLC
- FESTO
- Siemens S7 PLC
- KUKA KRC4 Robot
- Understand Lean manufacturing
- Ethernet communication, Control Logic and Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
