This Role also has the responsibility of ensuring that proposals for relevant equipment is updated, replaced or modified to meet the operations requirements You’ll be :
- Accountable for equipment, reliability performance and capacity.
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to line performance and manufacturing performance.
- Lead SMED (Single minute of change of dyes) principles and practice.
- Be accountable for overall equipment effectiveness and related KPI’s.
You’ll succeed because…
- N4 qualification with minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Artisan in plant maintenance, preferably in a FMCG environment.
- And a valid Trade test. (Red Seal)
