Job Description
-Your day-to-day duties will include:
Effective control of shaft systems including underground & surface conveying systems:
- Effective belt, TMM management, man & rock winder and underground pumping systems monitoring
- Effective response to indicated problems & call-out procedures
- Effective reporting on Safety indicators
- Minimize quantity of delays or disruptions to Shaft operation due to Control Room ineffectiveness
Qualifications
-Grade 12/ N3 with Maths and Science 2-3 years’ experience working on shaft Sound understanding of underground mining operations Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Code 8 driver’s license
