Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen;
- Reside in Western Cape (preferred);
- Clear criminal record;
- Grade 12;
- Minimum 5 years experience in the maintenance environment;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work under supervision;
- Good time-management skills;
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute work orders & assist Mechanical Technician;
- Be able to work independently and ensure safe environment for co-workers;
- Maintaining mechanical, HVAC & heat generation equipment;
- Skill in using tools and equipment of the trade;
- Effect emergency repairs;
- Knowledge of various painting methods;
- Replacement / repairs of HVAC systems;
- General helper to technician and operators;
- Use company time productively;
- To work in a safe and responsible manner and adhere to all safety regulations;
- Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
