Planned Maintenance execution
- Carry out maintenance tasks as per the schedules. The ability to prepare, execute, register, evaluate and improve planned maintenance activities.
- To perform breakdown analysis and develop countermeasures and improvements
- Participates in formal Problem Solving.
- Participates in developing loop closing routines
- To ensure optimum cooperation within the Maintenance department and with the production departments.
Unplanned Maintenance execution
- The ability to restore malfunctioning equipment to operation and determine, analyse, and systematically eliminate failure root cause(s).
Spare Part Stock Keeping
- The ability to maintain the spare parts stock and contribute to spare parts purchasing
Qualifications & Experience
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (N6)
- Trade Test
- Basic Computer Literacy
- 5 – 7 years’ post-trade experience in an automated FMCG production environment.
- Previous experience obtained in a bottling or beverage manufacturing environment is essential.
