Full Job Description
To effectively and efficiently install, maintain, upgrade and fabricate machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings in Weber in line with the relevant WCM principles; Maintenance and upoholding all applicable legislation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Engineering or a minimum of an N3 engineering qualification.
- Millwright Trade
- Atleast 5 Years relevant experience within manufacturing / plant environment
- Be able to use interprete and understand WinCC flow charts
- Be able to understand PLC I/Os to assist in fault finding
- Siemens,Danfoss and ABB variable speed drive experience
- Electrical, Hydraulic and Pnuematic experience.
- Roller and belt Conveyor systems
- Apprenticeship trained
- Demonstrate an understanding on the EWO and Kaizen methodologies
- Sound knowledge of the SHE and LOTO procedures
