Duration of Programme:
A 12-month period comprising of –
- Exposure to Supply Chain support functions with the emphasis on Packaging
- Improvement projects and workplace exposure
- Stand in periods for specific job roles
- The business value-chain and core business fundamentals
Structure
- An intensive overview of the leading packaging gaining exposure in a dynamic manufacturing environment and participation in challenging and exciting projects.
- Graduates are developed and coached by technical experts in their respective fields.
- A learning journey linked to an Action Learning Project with specific business deliverables.
We require Graduates in the following locations:
- Gauteng: Springs
- Gauteng: Wadeville
- Western Cape: Stellenbosh
Minimum Requirements
- Recently completed graduated students (no work experience) with a diploma in Engineering (NQF 6)
- South African citizen
- Good tertiary academic results
- Computer Literate
- Have the potential to make a positive impact in a challenging environment.
- Highly motivated and a self-manager
- The person should have a strong performance record that can be verified from past tasks and assignments
- Be able to effectively interact with persons of diverse backgrounds and education levels
- Have good analytical and problem resolving capabilities
