JOB PURPOSE:
• To carry out the day to day repairs in the workshop and out in the field.
• To protect the company assets and promote the expansion of the operation in line with the strategic vision of the company.
• To ensure professional and effective service to clients.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Diesel/Tractor Mechanic based on site in Koppies in the Free State, The successful candidate should meet the following requirements.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• Grade 12
• N3 National Certificate
• Diesel Mechanic Trade Test Certificate Section 13
• 3 Years post Apprenticeship/Qualification experience
• Valid Drivers’ License
• Previous Workshop Experience
• Adaptable and Flexible
• Ability to diagnose, Troubleshoot and Solve Problems
Previous experience with Tractors and in the Agricultural environment is a requirement but previous experience with Case IH / New Holland equipment would be advantageous.
