Must have 3 years experience as Facilities Handyman
Must have Electrical, Construction or Engineering Qualification.
New Qualified in Trade

Maintenance Handyman :
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Managing all general maintenance / recycling / handyman duties
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Participates in general cleaning, painting and repair work
- Clean storerooms and managing maintenance stock
- Ensuring all stock is replenished timeously
- Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Quick responses to Help desk calls and resolution thereof
- Aircon management
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Electrical
