Purpose of the role
To perform service, repairs, calibration, and maintenance of equipment to ensure their reliability.
- Maintain the Analytical laboratory equipment to a professional standard.
- Maintain analytical testing equipment and facilities to comply with Heineken standards.
- Ensure calibration schedules are kept to schedule.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory best practices.
- Maintain calibration schedules for production laboratories.
- Maintenance and Calibration of Laboratory equipment per schedule on ARMS
- Perform troubleshooting when instruments are on breakdown, practical electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills are expected.
- Perform regular site visits to departments where equipment is in use.
Qulalification :
National Diploma Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or equivalent (Instrumentation Trade test would be an advantage)
Experience :
At least 3-5 years’ experience in servicing, installing, and maintaining laboratory equipment
