Job Description
- Responsible for the execution of required contractual service activities of allocated customer sites (person must be based in Sasolburg).
- Ensure the retention of allocated customer accounts being serviced.
- Compiling of weekly and monthly customer reports.
- Submission and communication of weekly service reports.
- Interpretation of CSR and taking corrective actions.
- Customer operational level interaction and communication with regards to site service activities and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that we are EHS compliant (as per SHE plan) and that housekeeping is in order.
- Monitor the performance of all site chemical dosing and monitoring equipment.
- Responsible for required calibrations and maintenance of all site equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric with Math’s & Science.
- Tertiary qualification (diploma / degree) in relevant technical field is a preference.
- Must have knowledge and experience in cooling water, boilers, liquid/solid separation, influent/effluent and related equipment.
- Proven track record in customer service delivery and customer retention.
- Valid driver’s license, travelling is required to execute the responsibilities of this role.
- Basic water treatment equipment trouble shooting and maintenance skills & experience.
