Full Job Description
- Rebuilding TMMs to agreed standards, procedures, and specifications.
- Accurate measuring, marking, cutting, and bending of Steel plates.
- Fabricating frame parts from complex Engineering Drawings.
- Joining Fabricated Frame Parts by means of High-Quality welds.
- Comply with Standards, Policies, and Procedures.
- Cost containment
- Effective self-management and alignment with Barberton Mines values
- N3 or Grade 12 Certificate.
- Appropriate trade Certificate
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a qualified artisan.
- Fabrication Experience (Mobile Equipment Rebuilding & Fabrication)
- Comprehend Engineering Drawings for Manufacturing Valid Certificate of physical fitness
- Must be willing to work overtime when required.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Communicate with people on different levels.
- Valid Certificate of fitness
- Driver’s license
