Requirements
- Grade 12
- Up to1 year’s IT networking and Closed Circuit Television
(CCTV) experience.
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite, SAP
- Valid code B Driver’s License
Key Performance Areas
- Assists Senior Technician with field work.
- Conducts technical site inspections.
- Drafts or checks technical diagrams or plans.
- Analyses technical data.
- Checks technical specifications on plans.
- Basic programming e.g. CCTV software
- Maintain a live asset register and system database
- Update various layouts by ensuring that information reflecting on
new and existing layout is accurate
- Provide maintenance and upgrading reports for existing systems
- Monitor onsite installations and ensuring work is done according
to approved scope of works
- Maintain credible record and document control system
