Key Output
- Assist with all walk-in customers and telephone calls proactively.
- Process all customer Quotations, Sales Orders and Debtors Queries as and when required.
- Manage all parts related transport requirements through logistics department.
- Follow-up and action all customer backorders.
- Manage and control general housekeeping of facility.
- To respond, attend and resolve all customers parts requirements needs and expectations.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Grade 12
- Driver’s License – Code 8 or 10
- Business process knowledge
- Basic business and financial acumen
- Very good business communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP knowledge and Sound MS Knowledge
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar business
- Attention to detail to be exceptional
- Product knowledge and passion for the BWE brands
