What will you do?

Under general supervision, performs a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents and maintaining records and files.  Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available.

Minimum Qualification Required

•    Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4

Minimum Experience Required

•    Minimum 2 years short-term administrative insurance experience
•    Minimum 2 Years short term motor claims experience

Key Deliverables include but not limited to

•    Client & Customer Management :Handle queries from internal and external customers within set SLAs and in line with standard operating procedures.
•    Request relevant documents from customers.
•    Administration Ensure the document management process is managed within SLA and in accordance with the standard to the standard.
•    Monitor outstanding salvage and the ensure correct status is applied to the various systems.
•    Handle exceptions in accordance with the standard operating procedure and record the reason for exceptions.
•    Appoint service providers in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
