Qualifications
Matric
Qualification in Distribution or Supply Chain Management Advantageous but Experience is essential.
Experience
3 years min in Warehouse environment or similar.

Duties
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload, including the management of overtime
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain good housekeeping principles which will enable a culture of excellence.
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
