Manages the internal administration of purchases within the company.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF4
- Experience in a procurement administrative function will serve as recommendation
- Numerate
- Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel/ Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Thorough, precise and accurate
- Constantly adding value to the current functions of the position
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards for administration
- Create and maintain code list and price lists
- Continuous liaison with internal departments, suppliers and clients
- Invoicing and reconciliation of contra accounts
- Maintenance of minimum and maximum reorder levels whilst ensuring that there is always stock at hand
- Overall analysis of supplier data and trends
- Administrate claims from internal branches as well as external customers
- Minimize risk to the company
- Other job-related administrative duties
