Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Cashier Development Administrator at our Head Office in Midrand. The primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Cashier Development team and relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements…

Essential:

  • Grade 12 – Senior Certificate
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working as a Cashier or Senior Cashier within a retail environment

Advantageous:

  • Certificate in Administration or Facilitator qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year administration experience

Job Specification…

  • Administer general office management such as ordering stationary, training equipment and consumables as required
  • Organise team calendar including the training calendar and coordinate training schedule and training venues
  • Track all department invoice payments and ensure the invoice spreadsheet is updated accurately
