Key Output

  • Perform related administrative tasks and process steps including record keeping, filing, and data capturing.
  • Open work orders and order parts. Close work order on job completion.
  • Effectively manage work in progress
  • Accurately capture labour hours worked by the service employees
  • Process parts orders for service department
  • Generate purchase orders for internal and external suppliers
  • Accurately invoice customers for work completed
  • Effective self-management and performance ownership

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • 1-2 years relevant costing work experience,
  • Computer Literate (MS Office) , SAP and CRM knowledge and license an advantage
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of relevant processes & KPIs will be an advantage
  • A technical background will be an advantage
  • Effective analysis of data;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Effective interpersonal relationships;
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills
