Key Responsibilities
- Daily admin and processing
- Produce accurate reports with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of consumables to stores
- Monthly reporting of consumables
- Attend to store requests
- Liaise with drivers and other departments and log requests for deliveries and upliftments to and from stores
- Assist with MCBA inventory
- Log and filing of paperwork from stores
Skills / Attributes Required:
- Ability to multi-task and good co-ordination skills
- Highly organized
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong administrative skills
- Computer literate MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
