Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification in Office Administration or any related field would be an advantage
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Receptionist in a clerical or administrative role required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintain reception area in an orderly, clean, and tidy manner at all times
- Ensure visitors sign in and out when arriving or leaving the premises
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed for the boardroom kitchen and the marketing storeroom
- Manage the external visitor boardrooms (ensure they are clean, manage bookings and resolve booking conflicts)
- Assist management where needed
