Job Context
Servest Security a Division of Servest Pty Ltd seeks 1 x Grade B1 Security Officer to work in Cape Town CBD at a Hospital.
All sites are self posting – company transport is not provided.
Must reside / live in Cape Town CBD or surrounding areas.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen’s only
- We are a self-posting company – compnay transport will not be provided
- Self-posting (Preferable reside in Cape Town CBD / Greenpoint / Seapoint)
- Min 2 years experience working in a Hospital
- Speak / Write & understand English & Afrikaans
- No criminal record
- Valid PSIRA registration
- Be well groomed
- Previous hospital security and life safety-related work experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Ability to stay level headed and respond quickly in stressful situations
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
- When called for an interview bring along a black pen and the following documents:
- C.V. with contactable references
- Clear copy certified of Grade B1 PSIRA Certificate (NOT EXPIRED)
- 2 x Clear Certified Copies of ID
- 2 x plain copies of ID
- Certified copy of matric certificate or report of highest grade passed
- Bank statement or bank confirmation letter not older than 3 months
- SARS
- Proof of address not older than 3 months

- Ability to communicate with the public / Elderly.
- Be able to think on your feet and handle any situation calmly.
