Barloworld equipment: Sales Coordinator

Key Outputs

  • Generate new machine turnover forecast, Compile monthly deliveries with salesman
  • Generate quotes for customers
  • Liaise with central sales admin team and coordinate transport of machines and quotes for local extras
  • Administration: Keep detailed filing on all machine deals, including quote, order, checklists, warranty docs, etc.
  • Liaise with salesman to ensure admin requirements are met e.g. Sales Logix, Quotations, Sales orders, and machine deliveries
  • Compiling the Quote conversion report monthly
  • Control Machine display yard – receiving and issuing of display machines
  • Regional show in each region. Includes logistics, invites, location, giveaways and refreshments
  • Open day in each region. Includes logistics, invites, location, giveaways and refreshments
  • NLS Management – Provide list of customers to LOB to conduct NLS surveys, monthly NLS score >75%

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • Grade 12
  • Related higher qualification advantageous.
  • At least 2 years related experience.
  • Knowledge of sales Logix. SAP and procurement for purchase requisitions
  • Understanding of BWP’s operating division and products
  • Business planning and development skills
  • Basic financial acumen
  • Business communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solving (including learning potential
  • Analysis, Attention to detail, Resilience (including stress monitoring0
  • Rule orientation, assertiveness, flexibility, customer responsiveness, teamwork
