Key Output
- Opening and closing of service / repair jobs for rental equipment on SAP
- Management of damage recoveries
- Create buyout orders related to services / repairs and MIGO
- Liaise with suppliers on open orders
- Invoice processing
- Liaise with creditors and procurement on supplier accounts
- WIP Management – ensure all costs related to the month are closed within the month
- Capturing labour (CADO) on SAP
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Matric
- Computer Literate (MS Office and SAP)
- Power Generation experience
- Rental Fleet experience
- Previous administrative-costing experience on SAP
- Customer centric approach with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure, generate above average results and meet deadlines in a demanding and fast passed environment
- Very strong analytical skills
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Assertive, proactive, team player
- Product knowledge will be an advantage
