Job Description

-As an Admin Clerk , your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhere to all health and safety practices requirements and promote good housekeeping to ensure compliance and an environment where team members can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment
  • Administration functions such as diary management and order processing
  • Effective time administration and capturing of Time Sheets
  • Daily managing and clearing of unconfirmed absences, short time and other messages
  • Provide assistance to co-workers in a professional manner on request or when a need exists to alleviate work pressure
  • Resolve queries timeously
  • Document control, which will include processing and filing
  • Co-ordinate and administer all logistical arrangements within the agreed time frames and within policy guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as and when required

This role is in Mining department at a Band A5 level reporting to the Section Manager.

  • Qualifications
    -Grade 12/N3
  • Valid South African driver’s licence (Advantageous)
  • Valid medical fitness certificate
  • Previous SAP – Time experience (Advantageous)
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience:

  • 2 – 3 years administration experience
