Job Description
-As an Admin Clerk , your responsibilities will include:
- Adhere to all health and safety practices requirements and promote good housekeeping to ensure compliance and an environment where team members can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment
- Administration functions such as diary management and order processing
- Effective time administration and capturing of Time Sheets
- Daily managing and clearing of unconfirmed absences, short time and other messages
- Provide assistance to co-workers in a professional manner on request or when a need exists to alleviate work pressure
- Resolve queries timeously
- Document control, which will include processing and filing
- Co-ordinate and administer all logistical arrangements within the agreed time frames and within policy guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ad hoc administration tasks as and when required
This role is in Mining department at a Band A5 level reporting to the Section Manager.
- Qualifications
-Grade 12/N3 - Valid South African driver’s licence (Advantageous)
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Previous SAP – Time experience (Advantageous)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience:
- 2 – 3 years administration experience
