Fidelity Services Group: Fuel Administrator

A vacancy exists for a Fuel Administrator stationed at our Westville Office.

The main purpose of this position is to perform a full capturing and reconciling function.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Receiving of fuel schedules, vetting and uploading onto SAP and Keyfleet
  • Preparation of payment reconciliation to the garages per the payment terms
  • Ensuring the processing, payment and compliance housekeeping file is maintained monthly
  • Liaising with Branch Administrators and Managers to resolve queries
  • Preparing and analysing monthly fuel reports
  • Identifying abnormalizes and raising the concerns
  • Checking statements at month end / bi weekly to ensure all cost are processed
  • Overall support to the branches and finance department

Skills required:

  • Minimum Matric Certificate
  • At least 3 years’ experience and background knowledge in Fleet will be beneficial
  • Preferable SAP knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Numerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are required
