A vacancy exists for a Fuel Administrator stationed at our Westville Office.
The main purpose of this position is to perform a full capturing and reconciling function.
Key Performance Areas:
- Receiving of fuel schedules, vetting and uploading onto SAP and Keyfleet
- Preparation of payment reconciliation to the garages per the payment terms
- Ensuring the processing, payment and compliance housekeeping file is maintained monthly
- Liaising with Branch Administrators and Managers to resolve queries
- Preparing and analysing monthly fuel reports
- Identifying abnormalizes and raising the concerns
- Checking statements at month end / bi weekly to ensure all cost are processed
- Overall support to the branches and finance department
Skills required:
- Minimum Matric Certificate
- At least 3 years’ experience and background knowledge in Fleet will be beneficial
- Preferable SAP knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Numerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are required
