Core Purpose of the Job
To assist the Senior Engineers in carrying out the full spectrum of the relevant MEP design under supervision of the Senior Engineers and to develop into a Senior Building Services Technician in the desired MEP field.

CKR is entering a new phase in its lifecycle where operational and commercial excellence has become critical for success.
The urgency for change has become more heightened amid increased competitive intensity across all markets in which CKR operates.
Duties will comprise of:
General
- Design calculations and modelling using specialist software.
- Assisting the Senior Engineers and Directors with the compilation of feasibility studies and reports.
- Basic and detailed of the specialist discipline systems, including but not limited to:
- Assisting the Senior Engineers and Directors in detailed design as required.
- Assisting with internal coordination between the various disciplines and drawing office technicians.
- Project Management of activities.
- Financial management of discipline in a project.
