Job Advert Summary

An opportunity has become available for a suitable candidate to join the best team in the Poultry Integration business. We are searching for candidate/s that can strengthen our admin division by adding further attitude, aptitude and commitment to the team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 3 years’ experience (supplier administration, requisitions, purchase orders, sage payment & invoice matching)
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Word, Syspro)
  • Knowledge on sage will be an advantage.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Must take ownership of responsibilities and job functions- accurate processing is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing of orders
  • Requesting invoices
  • Dealing with queries and invoice traceability.
  • Responsible for boardroom bookings and arrangements
  • Weekly and monthly reports
  • All administrative duties
