The main purpose of this job is to manage walk in clients by supply support to anyone that would like to place a new order or to query any order that was not placed. Supply quotation, stock availability, ETA etc

Education/Qualification

  • Matric or higher education

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to close deals

Experience (experience required for the job)

  • Minimum 2 years in ICT Sales experience
  • Must have Face to face customer experience

Primary Objectives:

  • Identify and generate new ICT business opportunities
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of products and services because you work with face-to-face clients
  • Identify, investigate, track, and resolve customer concerns or complaints
  • Great attention to detail required
  • Identifies improvements for express or advice on new products to display or remove
  • Maintain quick responses to clients and always be available
