Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- N3 Technical Certificate or NCV Level 4 (Electrical and Mechanical)
- Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical
- Good Communication skills
- Good Knowledge and understanding of the production process is essential.
- Very good technical abilities with a strong work ethic
- Ability to identify problems and/or challenges – very methodical in finding solutions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Adhering to Factory Housekeeping standards
- Health and Safety
- Assist with shutdown and maintenance.
- Leadership skills
- Practical or experimental training will be an added advantage.
