Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. PA to Head of Department (Marketing).
  2. Manage phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  3. Attend meetings to take dictation and minutes.
  4. Prepare Marketing/Sales reports, presentations and briefs.
  5. Monitor & track key performance indicators.
  6. Manage requests and queries appropriately.
  7. Data gathering & research.
  8. Help with daily time management.
  9. Calendar management – Set meeting / Reminders.
  10. Run errands as requested.
  11. Draft correspondence & letters.
  12. Project co-ordination.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Administration.
  2. Deadline driven.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proof reading required).
  4. Strong organizational skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office – Excel guru.
  8. Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices.
  9. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
