The requirements for this position are:
- A matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service environment would be preferred
- Basic administration skills relating to payments and stock control
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and detailed orientated
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

- A police clearance, sexual offender’s clearance certificate and a clear credit enquiry
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding shop condition
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Receiving donated items from stakeholders, as well as lost property from the 5 schools
- Laundering (washing and ironing)
- Vetting and sorting the clothing and packing onto shelves
- Taking delivery of items for outreach – to be donated to Kamoka and surrounds
- Any additional projects and assignments that may arise
