Duties and responsibilities:
- Operations
- Perform maintenance and clean gardens and terrain within working hours.
- Maintain and inspect equipment.
- Abide with daily program/schedule.
- Follow ad hoc instructions given by line management.
- Follow procedures and protocol.
- Assist with refuse maintenance.
- Internal Reporting
- Report to line manager – supervisor/driver / team leader.
- Provide feedback and communicate with the line manager.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure all grounds/terrain are maintained within accordance with standard procedures and specifications.
- Ensure cleaning of equipment and workspace.
- Ensure safety of working procedure.
- Comply with PPE clothing.
- Comply with health and safety standards.
Inherent requirements:
- Grade 10 on NQF level 2.
Recommendations:
- Minimum of one (1) year’s relevant working experience relating to the duties and responsibilities.
- Experience in Operating gardening equipment.
- Gardening services.
- Literate.
