This requisition is for the ITCS Dispatch resources provided by HCL. They will be present in South Africa for IT support when necessary, as there is no IT presence in the office.
- HCL will provide break/fix services and other support for all end-user devices by dispatching of support specialists as necessary to provide End Users with operational and technical support and to meet specified Service Levels.
- Managing video conference units for dispatched support visits for any combination of break/fix and IMACs.
